Your Role At Veezu
As a Data Analyst you handle the delivery of data solutions to key stakeholders and play a key role in helping us to grow the business and enhance our market position. Reporting into the VP of Performance and Data Science, your role will involve analysing, transforming, and validating complex datasets to drive operational KPIs.

What You’ll Do
- Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop practical dashboards and outputs.
- Take ownership over and maintain key reporting infrastructure around KPIs for senior stakeholders across the business.
- Perform ad hoc reports for key stakeholders by collecting, analysing, and reporting requested and relevant data.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability by validating reporting data and investigating discrepancies.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data driven decision making.
- Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.

What You’ll Need
- Relevant analytics qualification or background.
- Proven SQL skills, for data extraction and transformation.
- Track record of presenting data and findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in Power BI or similar software.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Ability to gather and translate reporting requirements from stakeholders into practical outputs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with data governance, data management, and regulatory requirements related to reporting.

Where you’ll be:
This role is hybrid, with your base being your home address. However, it is expected that you could work from our Cardiff HQ and other locations as necessary for a minimum of 1 day per month
