Data Analyst – Finance

8-month contract | £23 PAYE or £31 Umbrella p/h | High Wycombe – 3 days onsite & 2 days remote

A great opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Data Analyst to join a world-renowned specialist manufacturer on an 8-month inside of IR35 temporary contract. Due to a sustained period of growth, my client needs immediate support with data collection, analysis, reporting, and revenue-generation activities. The successful Data Analyst will be comfortable working with large volumes of financial data, extracting information from multiple systems, and producing accurate reports to support key critical business decision-making.

This is a hands-on Data Analyst role requiring someone who can quickly understand existing processes, work to tight deadlines, and proactively engage with stakeholders across global teams to obtain required information. It will suit a Data Analyst who has either come from or worked within Accounting, Finance, Forecasting, or Budgeting.

Data Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually generate, collate, and refresh datasets used for revenue reporting and forecasting.
  • Extract and consolidate data from various sources, including ERP systems and ClickView, into Excel-based reports.
  • Interrogate and analyse large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Produce regular reporting and insights for senior management.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Manage global stakeholder engagement, proactively chasing data and information from colleagues across multiple regions (e.g., Europe and wider international teams).
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Ensure reporting deadlines and business priorities are met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
