About the role
Everway is building a modern data capability to help teams make better decisions across the business. As a Data Analyst, you'll work with colleagues across Information Systems and other functions to transform data into meaningful insight that supports operational, commercial, and product decisions.
You'll be part of our Data Team, helping maintain high-quality data, developing reporting, and identifying trends that enable the business to act with confidence.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from a variety of sources.
- Help maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports.
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business questions.
- Analyze trends and patterns to generate actionable insights.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support data-driven initiatives across the business.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of data-driven solutions.
- Keep up to date with developments in data analysis tools and best practice.

Essential Criteria
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or software engineering.
- 2+ years' experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and at least one analytical programming language such as Python or R.
- Understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis.
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and works effectively with colleagues across the business.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, reliable data.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience within the education technology sector.
- Familiarity with Confluence or a similar documentation platform.
- Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, or workflow efficiency.
