About The Role

The role at Man Group offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to contribute to our investment management team. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong academic record. A relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA will be considered advantageous. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or a similar role. Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively articulate insights and collaborate with team members. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing market conditions is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, economic indicators, and individual securities to support investment strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment reports, performance analysis, and risk assessments to inform decision-making processes.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement or adjustment.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss investment outlooks and strategies.
  • Support the implementation of investment transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of investment activities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of investment processes and tools.
