My client, a non-profit organisation specialising in Education and Culture are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team to help drive data-led decision making across a portfolio of digital learning and subscription-based products. You will help stakeholders understand user behaviour, product performance and growth opportunities. Along with working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights that influence strategy and product development.
What you'll be responsible for
- Developing and maintaining SQL queries, datasets and Power BI dashboards.
- Analysing product performance, customer behaviour and commercial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Evaluating new product features, pricing initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
- Supporting customer journey analysis, funnel optimisation and performance benchmarking.
- Creating reports and visualisations that support both strategic and operational decision-making.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Supporting data governance, reporting standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role
- Strong experience in Data Analysis, BI Analysis, Product Analytics or a similar role.
- Strong SQL/MySQL skills with experience writing and optimising queries.
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs for digital products or services.
- Strong understanding of customer journey analytics, funnel metrics and performance measurement.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing and commercial functions.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and other digital analytics tools.
