About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Data Analyst to join our dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in Castle Donington, this role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of product and pricing data across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of product records, including pricing, dimensions, and categories, ensuring seamless data flow across systems. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for data analysis, process improvement, and ensuring data quality. You will work closely with internal teams to identify discrepancies, implement corrections, and develop robust quality assurance processes. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and skills, including:
- Experience working with Business Central and Linnworks is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience handling diverse datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed product records, including entering data related to pricing, dimensions, and categories.
- Maintain and validate cost and customer pricing updates, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
- Investigate discrepancies in product data and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve data management workflows.
- Conduct routine audits of product and pricing data to uphold quality standards.
- Analyze product and pricing data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Produce comprehensive reports and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor data quality and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to data handling procedures.
