About The Role
Initially reporting to the Head of Data & Transformation, this role is pivotal in empowering business teams to enhance their workflows and decision-making processes through process change, data analytics, and AI-assisted workflows. Working closely with the Data Enablement Lead, the successful candidate will independently lead complex initiatives from discovery and process mapping to requirements definition, prototyping, implementation, and adoption. The role involves helping teams find and utilize trusted data, embedding analytics and agentic workflows into daily activities, and achieving measurable improvements in business outcomes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analysis combined with business process improvement
- Strong SQL skills for exploring and validating organizational data
- Experience in stakeholder discovery, process mapping, and requirements definition
- Hands-on experience prototyping or evaluating AI-assisted workflows
- Familiarity with AI development tools and reviewing generated code
- Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Excellent analytical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing abilities
- Ability to independently plan, lead complex initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Understanding of data access controls and sensitive information handling
Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery sessions, facilitate workshops, and identify opportunities for process and data improvements
- Document current and future state processes, identifying areas to simplify workflows and enhance decision quality
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintaining traceability
- Conduct hands-on data analysis using SQL, exploring data, testing hypotheses, and building reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with teams to enable self-service data access, ensuring data quality and trusted metrics
- Assess and recommend solution approaches, balancing business value, complexity, and risk
- Design agentic workflows, defining interactions between users, systems, and data, including rules and exception handling
- Prototype and evaluate AI-assisted workflows, reviewing outputs and validating against requirements
- Partner with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Own the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, managing scope, priorities, dependencies, and risks
- Support implementation, user training, and change management to maximize adoption
- Monitor and measure outcomes, continuously improving solutions based on feedback and performance data
- Contribute to the development of reusable methods, process mapping, and best practices within the team
