About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing client requirements, developing strategic solutions, and supporting project implementation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects across industries, gaining valuable experience in business process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and organizational goals. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMP will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze client needs through comprehensive requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews.
  • Develop detailed business process models, workflows, and documentation to support project objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
  • Support change management initiatives by preparing training materials and conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating project outcomes and recommending enhancements to processes and methodologies.
