The opportunity
We are experiencing growth across all categories, but specifically within Advanced Analytics. This would be an exciting time to join a team of exceptional people driven to influencing and shaping Analytics outcomes for our clients.
This is not a passive learning role. At Proxima, we are practitioner-consultants. You will build experience quickly, take responsibility early, and work alongside clients to deliver real, measurable change.
What you’ll do
- Support the analysis of commercial bids as part of a procurement tender process
- Analyse spend data
- Utilise client data to identify cost-saving and optimisation opportunities
- Assist consultants in identifying cost-saving and optimisation opportunities in procurement
- Collate supplier responses through scenario-based tools and scorecards for consultants to compare cost-savings available
- Create data visualisation tools to support clients, automate and solve business problems and processes
- Other pertinent data activities, such as data collation, creation of data visualisation for PowerPoint decks, and optimisation of files
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders
- Work with client stakeholders to gather requirements and align objectives.
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally with team members and clients.
- Support workshops, working sessions, and day-to-day client interactions.
- Work in a global, flexible model
- Operate in a hybrid environment, balancing client, home, and office-based work
- Travel as required to support client delivery and team collaboration.

What you bring
Experience and skills
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Excel, Modelling, and AI
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative flair and ability to visualise data
- Work well under pressure and manage ambiguous requirements
- Skilled at organisation and managing several tasks at once
- Willingness to take constructive feedback and learn
- Adaptable to changing business demands
- Accountable and take pride in their output
