Working with a growing manufacturing business, this organisation excels at leveraging data, systems, and processes to drive operational performance and strategic decision-making. They are committed to continuous improvement and innovation within their IT transformation initiatives.
The Role
- Act as a critical link between operational teams, business leaders, and technology to improve process consistency and data quality.
- Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and deliver data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, providing meaningful operational and strategic intelligence.
- Support the successful adoption and effective use of business systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365.
- Produce regular management information (MI), KPI reporting, and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Need
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or hybrid Business Systems role.
- Strong business process mapping and documentation skills, including L1-L3 process modelling.
- Excellent Power BI skills, encompassing dashboard design, data visualisation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, extracting, analysing, and validating data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data manipulation, reconciliation, and VBA/VB automation.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical reporting and process solutions.
