About the Job
The Opportunity
As a Data Analyst at JivPad, you will turn data into decisions that shape a platform redefining how people communicate. JivPad is a modern communication system powered by AI, enabling individuals with speech or hearing differences, and anyone who desires intelligent call assistance, to connect with confidence and authenticity. Our platform also delivers real-time translation for in-person conversations, removing language barriers entirely.
In this role, you will uncover insights that drive product, growth, and business strategy. You will analyse user behaviour, platform performance, and market trends to help the team understand what is working, what is not, and where the greatest opportunities lie. Your work will directly inform how we build, how we grow, and how we serve our users.
This is an opportunity to be the analytical foundation of a company from day one, where your insights will carry weight, influence direction, and accelerate the path to market.
What You'll Do
- Analyse user behaviour, engagement patterns, and product usage data to surface actionable insights that inform product and growth decisions.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that give leadership and cross-functional teams clarity on key metrics.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define success metrics, measure outcomes, and evaluate the impact of new features and campaigns.
- Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and segmentation to identify opportunities for improving activation, retention, and conversion.
- Support experimentation and A/B testing by defining frameworks, tracking results, and communicating findings with precision.
- Identify data quality issues, propose improvements to tracking and instrumentation, and ensure the integrity of the data we rely on.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that non-technical stakeholders can act on with confidence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
