About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of training programs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for both trainers and participants. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. The Training Coordinator will work closely with our training delivery team to ensure that programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Additionally, they will assist in the development of new training modules, evaluate program effectiveness, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in education, training, or a related field
  • Proven experience in training coordination, event management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the training or education sector is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring all resources are prepared and available.
  • Liaise with trainers, participants, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and address any logistical or administrative issues.
  • Assist in the development and update of training materials and course content, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accreditation standards.
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting training programs and engaging with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new training opportunities and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our service offerings.
  • Ensure all training activities adhere to health and safety regulations and organizational policies.
