Data Analyst

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that improve operations, customer experiences, and business performance? We are seeking a Logistics Data Analyst to support operational excellence through data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends and root causes, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytical initiatives and projects that support operational performance improvements and enhance customer experiences.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, opportunities, and operational insights.
- Develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Combine and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to generate actionable recommendations.
- Support the optimization of key business processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, product, customer support, business intelligence, and other business functions to drive successful outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, ensuring consistency in reporting and interpretation across teams.
- Investigate operational issues and exceptions to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify recurring trends and proactively implement recommendations to minimize future issues.
- Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis, performance measurement, and operational reporting.
- Support strategic decision-making by translating complex data into concise business insights.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills.
- Strong SQL knowledge, including querying, data extraction, and analysis.
- Ability to work with complex and unstructured business problems and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with Google BigQuery or similar analytical databases.
- Experience using spreadsheet tools for advanced analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other data visualization platforms.
- Understanding of operational performance metrics, process optimization, and business improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, and performance modeling techniques.
