About The Role

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical proficiency and business acumen, with relevant experience in data analysis and cloud-based data solutions. Essential qualifications include a strong background in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools, along with experience working with large datasets and ETL processes. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with AWS Glue or similar ETL technologies, along with version control platforms like GitHub, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will be integral to the organization’s data transformation journey, with responsibilities including:

  • Developing, maintaining, and optimizing a cloud-based Data Warehouse utilizing SQL and cloud technologies.
  • Designing and implementing efficient ETL pipelines using AWS Glue or comparable tools to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Creating impactful dashboards and visual reports in Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and adherence to governance standards through rigorous validation and documentation.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of data processes, workflows, and analytical models.
  • Staying updated with emerging tools, industry best practices, and innovations in data analytics and engineering.
