About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical expertise in systems engineering, software development, or hardware integration
- Familiarity with defense industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test innovative solutions aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to enhance system reliability and security.
- Participate in project planning, documentation, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform project development.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when necessary.
