About the Role
We're looking for a Data Analyst to join a new team, turning data into clear, actionable insight that drives real business decisions. You'll work across spreadsheets, Python-based analysis, and modern AI tools to deliver analysis, automate reporting, and support smarter decision-making across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety β moving between deep technical data work and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Using Python to automate data pipelines, clean datasets, and build repeatable analysis workflows
- Building and maintaining reports and models in Google Sheets β advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and dashboards
- Leveraging AI tools to speed up analysis, generate insights, and support smarter, faster decision-making
- Working directly with stakeholders across the business to understand their questions and translate them into data-driven answers
- Identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities within data, and presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuously improving reporting processes β reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy and speed of delivery

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
