About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Valuation Surveyor to join our dynamic team at E.surv Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting accurate property valuations, inspections, and assessments in line with industry standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the property market, and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines.   • The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification in surveying, such as MRICS or equivalent.
  • Experience in property valuation, surveying, or a related field is preferred, with a minimum of two years of professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property law, valuation techniques, and market trends is essential.
  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard software.
  • A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel to various locations as required are also necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective client interaction and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive property inspections and assessments to determine accurate valuations in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation that clearly communicate findings, methodologies, and conclusions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property legislation, and valuation practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Engage with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to gather relevant information and provide expert advice.
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance skills and stay current with industry developments.
  • Ensure all work adheres to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
