About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our dynamic team at E.surv Limited. Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in surveying, property management, or a related field, such as a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Prior experience in property valuation, surveying, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws, valuation techniques, and relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to gather accurate data for valuation purposes.
  • Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports that meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Assess property conditions, market value, and potential risks, providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, market trends, and valuation methodologies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Utilize industry-standard software for data collection, analysis, and report generation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies during fieldwork and office activities.
