Company Description

BillGoose is a new price comparison service focused on helping consumers make informed purchasing decisions across a wide range of products and services.

The company uses data-driven insights to present clear, accurate and up-to-date pricing information. As a growing organization, BillGoose values innovation, analytical thinking, and user-centric design.

Through a growing network of commercial partners, BillGoose will provide access to services including energy, broadband, mobile, motor insurance, home insurance and electric vehicle products.

As transaction volumes grow, we need to ensure that every customer journey, completed sale, commission payment and partner invoice is accurately recorded and reconciled.

The Role

We are looking for a capable and commercially minded Data and Reconciliation Analyst to join the team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is confident working with data, enjoys solving problems and wants to develop within a growing technology-led business.

The role will be responsible for bringing together data from several different platforms and commercial partners. You will identify discrepancies, investigate missing or inconsistent information and work closely with Finance to make sure invoices, commission payments and management reports are accurate.

The information will not always arrive in the same format or at the same time. You will need to be organised, methodical and willing to follow an issue through until it is understood and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and consolidate transaction data from BillGoose systems, affiliate networks and commercial partners.
  • Reconcile customer journeys, completed transactions, cancellations and commission payments across several data sources.
  • Match supplier and partner reports against BillGoose’s internal records.
  • Work closely with Finance to support accurate invoicing, revenue recognition and payment reconciliation.
  • Identify missing transactions, duplicate records, incorrect commission amounts and other data discrepancies.
  • Investigate differences directly with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain clear reconciliation records and a reliable audit trail.
  • Monitor expected payments and highlight overdue or incomplete amounts.
  • Produce regular reports covering transaction volumes, revenue, commission, conversion rates and partner performance.
  • Help develop dashboards and management information for the senior leadership team.
  • Support month-end finance processes by providing accurate and complete transaction data.
  • Improve the efficiency and accuracy of reconciliation processes as the business grows.
  • Help document reporting procedures, controls and standard operating processes.
  • Handle customer and commercial information securely and in accordance with data protection requirements.
  • Assist with wider data analysis and reporting projects when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
