Role Description
This full-time, on-site Data Analyst role is based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to trading performance, allocator behavior, and platform activity to generate actionable insights. The role includes:

- Building and maintaining analytical models, dashboards, and reports
- Supporting data-driven validation of trading teams
- Improving matchmaking between allocators and managers
- Collaborating with product, technology, and business stakeholders to define metrics, optimize workflows, and support strategic decisions

Daily activities involve:
- Preparing data for analysis
- Documenting methodologies
- Clearly presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive insights
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical methods for performance evaluation, trend analysis, and forecasting
- Capability in data modeling, including designing data structures and building models to support reporting and decision-making
- Effective communication skills to explain analytical findings, prepare clear documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with analytical tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python or R, Excel, business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau)
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Background or interest in financial markets, trading, or investment management is highly beneficial
- Ability to work on-site in the Manchester Area, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
