AIApply Testing is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights through reports and visualizations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. At AIApply Testing, you’ll have the opportunity to work with large datasets and advanced analytical tools to support our innovative projects and contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Utilize statistical methods and data modeling techniques to solve complex problems.
- Continuously monitor data quality and propose improvements to data collection and analysis processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical analysis and familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and database management is desirable.
