About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join a specialist growth intelligence firm based in London. Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced commercial sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Python, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical foundations with experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience in data ingestion, cleaning, quality assurance, and matching from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with SQL, web scraping, and data enrichment techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to ambiguity and complex data challenges.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to develop hypotheses and analytical examples to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-quality, client-specific data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Own client data requests, identify opportunities to maximize value from incomplete or unstructured datasets, and deliver actionable insights.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, data enhancements, enrichment, scraping, and advanced matching to meet project requirements.
- Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and support live commercial opportunities with data-driven insights.
- Develop analytical models and hypotheses to support new business initiatives and growth strategies.
- Assist in the training and improvement of AI-enabled analytical tools to enhance team capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve the speed, depth, and quality of analysis within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across projects.
