About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or asset management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and investment products.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk factors.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and clients.
  • Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to develop and refine financial strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Assist in the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the implementation of new financial tools and systems to enhance analysis efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and insights to client-facing teams to improve service delivery.
