About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of sports data, identifying patterns, and providing actionable insights to support our clients' decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with product development, engineering, and client services teams to enhance data accuracy, improve reporting tools, and develop innovative solutions that add value to our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for sports and technology.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the sports or technology industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of sports industry standards and data structures is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to various sports events and statistics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights.
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to enhance data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the development of predictive models and algorithms to forecast sports outcomes and trends.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and sports analytics.
- Support the team in ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed.
