Job Overview
Reporting to the Performance Manager, you'll provide critical analytical support that enables data-driven decision making, ensures contractual compliance, and helps deliver outstanding performance across KPI reporting, asset management, and operational delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical professional who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights, influencing stakeholders, and helping improve business performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with Establishment Managers and operational teams across Scotland & Northern Ireland to achieve and exceed contractual KPIs.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners and key stakeholders to support performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve maintenance delivery and contract compliance.
- Provide expert guidance and reporting support to ensure operational, estate, and asset compliance requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Support the continuous improvement of business processes, reporting frameworks, and performance management practices.
- Maintain and enhance estate and asset data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Support and lead, where appropriate, the development and enhancement of CAFM reporting solutions.
- Produce meaningful performance insights using data visualisation and reporting tools to support operational decision making.

You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, including:

- HR, IT and SHEQ Functions
- Supply Chain Partners
Success in this role requires the ability to build positive working relationships, communicate effectively at all levels, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Experience working within a fast-paced, data-driven operational environment.
- Strong understanding of CAFM systems, FM reporting tools, and performance management.
- Experience within Facilities Management, Total Facilities Management (TFM), PFI contracts, or similar operational environments.
Technical Skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience using Excel to analyse large datasets and create meaningful insights.
- Ability to develop innovative reporting solutions that support operational performance and business objectives.
- Experience producing dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analysis for senior stakeholders.
Personal Qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement.
- Able to translate complex data into clear recommendations and business actions.
