Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or FRM will be considered an advantage. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience in financial services, banking, or investment management. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and familiarity with financial software and tools are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. A demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory environments is also important.
