Graduate Data Analyst
Up to £35,000
Location: London (Office-based)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Data Analyst to join a growing data and technology business at an exciting stage of its journey. You'll gain hands-on experience across analytics, data engineering, business transformation, and software development, working closely with senior leaders while building expertise in a modern data stack.

The Role
As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will work as part of the technical team, supporting a range of analytics, engineering, and business transformation projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing reports and dashboards using SQL and Looker
- Supporting data engineering projects by integrating and transforming data from multiple sources
- Working with tools including DBT, Python, Databricks, and Azure
- Assisting with data modelling and reporting initiatives that support key business decisions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Contributing to software and process automation projects
- Supporting business system implementations and operational improvement programmes
- Gaining exposure to data science projects as your skills develop
Your Skills & Experience
- Degree in a STEM-related subject
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to SQL, Python, data analysis, or related technical tools through academic or personal projects
- Genuine interest in data, technology, and business transformation
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
