About The Role
Hyperloop Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the management, quality, and integrity of critical customer and business data. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for data management, and a desire to contribute to the enhancement of data quality standards within a growing organization. The position combines traditional data analysis with responsibilities related to data stewardship, governance, and CRM data management, providing a comprehensive experience in how data is structured, maintained, and utilized across various business functions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate does not need extensive experience but should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in data quality and management. Relevant qualifications or background in data analysis, information management, or related fields are advantageous. Candidates should have a good understanding of data governance principles and familiarity with data analysis tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with data in Excel and other analysis tools
- Understanding of data quality and data governance importance
- Ability to identify patterns, errors, and inconsistencies within datasets
- Good communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and take ownership of responsibilities
- Interest in CRM systems, business intelligence, and data analytics
Experience with SQL is beneficial but not mandatory. Previous experience in a larger or professional services environment is advantageous, though we welcome candidates from diverse sectors who demonstrate the right skills and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks centered around ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. Key responsibilities include analyzing and maintaining large datasets related to customers, companies, and relationships, and identifying issues such as duplication or inconsistencies. You will play a vital role in data cleansing, correction, and de-duplication processes to uphold data integrity standards.
- Analyzing and maintaining extensive data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identifying and resolving data quality issues, including inconsistencies and duplicates
- Performing data cleansing, correction, and de-duplication activities
- Creating and maintaining relationships and hierarchies within data sets
- Supporting the ongoing administration and improvement of CRM and related systems
- Executing data imports, exports, and bulk updates efficiently
- Producing comprehensive reports and dashboards on data quality, usage, KPIs, and trends
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance data quality and streamline processes
- Contributing to data governance, ownership, and stewardship initiatives
- Maintaining documentation and standards related to data management
- Guiding users on best practices for data management and quality assurance
- Supporting data retention, archiving, cleansing, and audit activities to ensure compliance and data security
