About the Role
Are you a recent graduate, career changer, or someone looking to start a career in Data Analytics?
We are looking for motivated individuals to begin their career as an Entry-Level Data Analyst. You do not need previous professional experience. What matters is your interest in data, analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and ability to work with information to identify useful insights.
You will support teams with data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualisation while developing practical experience with spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and data analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organise, and analyse data from different sources.
- Clean and validate datasets to improve data quality.
- Identify trends, patterns, and useful insights from data.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
- Use Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for data analysis.
- Write basic SQL queries to retrieve and analyse data.
- Support data preparation and reporting activities.
- Monitor data accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
- Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
- Maintain documentation of data analysis and reporting processes.

Skills & Knowledge
You don't need professional Data Analytics experience, but an interest in data and basic understanding of areas such as:
- Microsoft Excel
- Data analysis and interpretation
- SQL fundamentals
- Data visualisation
- Statistics fundamentals
- Databases and data structures
- Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Data cleaning and validation
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Reporting and presentation of insights

Education
A degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline can be helpful, but relevant analytical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
