About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team at Man Group. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio managers in making informed investment decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of financial markets and investment strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, contribute to high-impact projects, and develop your career within a globally recognized organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (such as CFA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment analysis, asset management, or related financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Excel, and other relevant platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research on various asset classes, markets, and economic indicators to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment prospects and assess risk-return profiles.
  • Assist portfolio managers in constructing and rebalancing investment portfolios aligned with client objectives and risk tolerances.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, news, and geopolitical events that could impact investment strategies.
  • Prepare detailed investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal and client review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, risk management, and compliance, to ensure investment strategies adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions on investment ideas, strategies, and performance reviews.
  • Continuously update knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and industry best practices.
