π An excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst with strong reporting, dashboard development and stakeholder management skills to join a large, complex organisation delivering major infrastructure and portfolio programmes.
We're partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Data Analyst to support the delivery of critical reporting, performance insights and data improvement initiatives across a substantial project portfolio.
This role would suit an experienced Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, MI Analyst, Power BI Analyst or Business Intelligence professional who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

- β Developing and delivering project and portfolio reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- β Building dashboards, reports and analytical models that provide meaningful business insights.
- β Monitoring data quality and leading initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and integrity.
- β Working with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand reporting requirements and drive data-led decision-making.
- β Analysing complex datasets and transforming them into clear, actionable insights.
- β Supporting workforce planning, future forecasting and risk analysis activities.
- β Developing reporting tools, models and processes to improve efficiency and decision support.
- β Collaborating with digital and systems teams to help shape future reporting capabilities and data solutions.
- β Ensuring reporting and data management activities align with governance standards and best practice.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, MI Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience cleansing, manipulating and presenting data to a variety of audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience analysing complex datasets and creating value-added reporting solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Technical Skills
- Power BI
- SQL
- Data modelling and data structures
- Power Query and Power Pivot (highly advantageous)
Desirable Experience
- SAP
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled reporting tools
