About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in a dynamic role that combines customer service, sales, and operational responsibilities. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications. Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in automotive or cycling products are essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is also required.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of current product ranges, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
- Managing stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-organized, and conducting regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Supporting the store’s visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Assisting with daily store operations, including cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Continuously developing product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
