Data Analyst - Online Luxury Retail Company - Up to £150,000

You stop producing dashboards and start shaping the decisions that drive a $10 billion business into new markets.

This company sells premium goods direct from manufacturers, cutting out the middleman entirely. That model has fuelled 130% year-on-year growth and a huge US success story. Now they are building out across Europe, and your work sits at the heart of that expansion.

You join a cross-functional storefront team working directly alongside product, engineering, and merchandising. You are not a reporting function here. You run hands-on analysis, build predictive models, design and interpret A/B tests, and translate what you find into real commercial and product decisions. When a new market launches, you are the person identifying what drives conversion, what shapes customer behaviour, and what the team should prioritise next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
