Role Description
The Data Analyst role at Un Employed is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources to support business decisions. Daily responsibilities include:
- Performing quantitative analysis
- Building dashboards and reports
- Identifying trends and patterns that can improve operations and customer experience

The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations, preparing clear presentations, and supporting leadership with ad hoc analyses. The Data Analyst will also help refine data processes and contribute to the development of analytics best practices within the organization.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex datasets and solve business problems.
- Proficiency in data analytics and data modeling, including experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Solid foundation in statistics, including understanding of statistical tests, data sampling, and forecasting techniques.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases; familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in an on-site team environment.
- Prior experience in a consumer services or related industry is a plus, but candidates with strong analytical capabilities from other sectors are encouraged to apply.
