Use AI to analyse faster, think deeper and turn data into commercial decisions.
A leading global luxury travel business is making a significant investment into Data & AI, building an AI-first analytics function designed to transform how data is analysed and used across the organisation.
This isn't a traditional Data Analyst role centred around maintaining dashboards and producing recurring reports. The ambition is to embed AI into the everyday analytical workflow, using it alongside SQL and strong analytical thinking to interrogate data, explore commercial problems, automate repetitive work and get to actionable insight significantly faster.
You'll work alongside the Head of Data & Analytics and experienced Senior Analysts, analysing customer, marketing, sales and booking data and helping teams across the organisation make better, data-led decisions.
The Opportunity
- Join a growing Data & Analytics function at a point of significant investment into AI and the underlying data infrastructure.
- Use AI/LLMs alongside SQL to interrogate data, accelerate analysis and solve commercial problems.
- Analyse customer, marketing, sales and booking data across a global consumer business.
- Tackle open-ended questions where there isn't already a dashboard, report or obvious answer.
- Use AI to help generate and interrogate code, explore hypotheses, automate repetitive analysis and validate outputs.
- Turn complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with experienced Senior Analysts and the Head of Data & Analytics.
- Help shape how AI is embedded into the analytical workflow as the function develops.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Commercially minded – interested in understanding why something happened, what it means and what the business should do next, rather than simply reporting numbers.
- Comfortable communicating analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders and translating complexity into clear recommendations.
- Experience with Python would be beneficial but isn't essential.
- Experience across customer, marketing, growth, ecommerce or commercial analytics would be advantageous but isn't essential.
- Curious about AI and interested in developing more sophisticated ways of incorporating it into your everyday analytical work.
