Grosvenor

Grosvenor is an international organisation whose activities span urban property, food & agtech, rural estate management and support for philanthropic initiatives. We’re united by a common goal to deliver lasting commercial, social and environmental benefit.

About the Role

Working with the Customer Insights Manager, you will help Grosvenor better understand its customers, including occupier sentiment, behaviour and use of our digital services. You will work across the full data lifecycle, from collecting and managing raw data to developing dashboards, producing actionable insights and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The role will give you practical experience in survey research, data analysis, reporting and data visualisation while completing your Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer and community insight. Support the design, delivery and analysis of surveys, including our annual customer survey and regular customer sentiment research. Working with the Operations, London Estate, and Sustainability teams, you will help turn findings into clear business insights and recommendations. You will gain experience in survey design, data management, SQL, semantic modelling, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
  • Support our customer data and reporting platforms. Help develop and manage tools that improve our understanding of digital customers, working closely with the Digital Solutions Team and Group Technology. This will include creating dashboards, supporting Google Analytics integrations, helping colleagues use the platform and contributing to monthly and thematic reporting. You will also help identify opportunities to improve the platform over time.
  • Provide insight into the digital customer experience. Work with Digital Product Managers and the User Experience Research Manager to analyse customer behaviour and provide insights that support the development of our customer-facing digital products. This will give you practical experience of working with Google Analytics data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
