Job Title: Data Analyst
Salary: Up to £33,000 + Benefits
Location: Leeds (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Commercial Analytics team, helping transform complex data into meaningful insight that delivers real business value.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills to work across a variety of commercial and operational projects, partnering with stakeholders and influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain reporting, dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Deliver accurate reporting and actionable business insights.
- Work closely with stakeholders to solve business challenges.
- Support a mixture of BAU reporting and project-based analytics work.
- Improve processes through automation and continuous improvement.
- Help develop advanced analytical models and capabilities across the team.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong Python, SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into business insight.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, curious and detail-focused approach.
- Degree in a numerate subject such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Physics.
