Responsibilities
- Query, clean, and validate data used in recurring business reports
- Build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators
- Prepare clear summaries of trends, changes, and business outcomes
- Support ad hoc analysis for product, operations, and growth teams
- Investigate data-quality issues and document assumptions or limitations
- Translate business questions into measurable analytical requirements
- Maintain reporting definitions and reusable analysis documentation
- Present findings in a concise format for technical and non-technical partners

Qualification
Required
- Working knowledge of SQL and spreadsheet analysis
- Familiarity with data visualisation and dashboard concepts
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to data quality
- Ability to explain findings clearly in writing and conversation
- Organised approach to documentation and repeatable reporting
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment in the United Kingdom

Preferred
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or a similar BI tool
- Exposure to Python or R for data analysis
- Coursework, projects, or internships involving business metrics and reporting
