Responsibilities

  • Query, clean, and validate data used in recurring business reports
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators
  • Prepare clear summaries of trends, changes, and business outcomes
  • Support ad hoc analysis for product, operations, and growth teams
  • Investigate data-quality issues and document assumptions or limitations
  • Translate business questions into measurable analytical requirements
  • Maintain reporting definitions and reusable analysis documentation
  • Present findings in a concise format for technical and non-technical partners

Qualification

Required

  • Working knowledge of SQL and spreadsheet analysis
  • Familiarity with data visualisation and dashboard concepts
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to data quality
  • Ability to explain findings clearly in writing and conversation
  • Organised approach to documentation and repeatable reporting
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment in the United Kingdom
