Programmatic Analyst

£40,000 + £10,000 Bonus

London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

Our client is an established digital media and advertising technology business operating at significant scale across the UK. Responsibilities

  • Produce and analyse programmatic revenue reports, identifying trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage A/B testing from setup through to analysis and recommendations.
  • Support the optimisation of programmatic revenue across multiple supply partners and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical and delivery issues while working closely with internal commercial and operations teams.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
  • Monitor market developments and contribute insights to improve performance and operational efficiency.

Your Profile

  • 1–2 years' experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ad Manager and the wider programmatic ecosystem.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau or advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Eager to learn, proactive and passionate about digital advertising technology.
