Programmatic Analyst
£40,000 + £10,000 Bonus
London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Our client is an established digital media and advertising technology business operating at significant scale across the UK. Combining data, technology and commercial expertise, they deliver innovative advertising solutions and are investing further in their programmatic capabilities as they continue to grow.

Responsibilities
- Produce and analyse programmatic revenue reports, identifying trends and commercial opportunities.
- Manage A/B testing from setup through to analysis and recommendations.
- Support the optimisation of programmatic revenue across multiple supply partners and platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical and delivery issues while working closely with internal commercial and operations teams.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
- Monitor market developments and contribute insights to improve performance and operational efficiency.
Your Profile
- 1–2 years' experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations or a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of Google Ad Manager and the wider programmatic ecosystem.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau or advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Eager to learn, proactive and passionate about digital advertising technology.
