Data Analyst

Leicester - 4 days in office
Outside IR35
£350-400pd

This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst to join a well-established retail organisation on an initial 3-month contract. The role offers a varied workload, combining operational analysis, ad hoc business requests, and stock-related investigations, with the opportunity to deliver meaningful insights that support day-to-day business performance.

The Company

They are a recognised retail business with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Following changes to their reporting structure, individual business teams now take ownership of operational reporting and analysis, creating a need for additional analytical support. The organisation is looking for a contractor who can quickly add value by providing actionable insights across a range of operational and commercial areas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
