The Role
- Support learners through Data Analyst and Intelligence Analyst Apprenticeship standards
- Deliver high-quality coaching, training, assessment, and feedback to apprentices
- Build strong learner relationships and ensure progress towards target achievement dates
- Effectively utilise technology for tracking and supporting learner journeys
- Provide clear, individualised learning journeys from initial assessment to successful completion
- Identify risks, absences, and support needs, escalating where necessary

What You'll Need
- Strong intelligence industry knowledge and a passion for developing others
- Military experience and excellent working knowledge of the intelligence industry
- Relevant training, teaching, or assessor qualification, or equivalent capability
- Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Good IT skills and confidence in using technology for learning delivery
- Ability to manage own time, work remotely, and maintain accurate learner records
