Role Description
The Data Analyst – Customer Insights & Analytics role focuses on generating actionable insights for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients by analyzing customer behavior, engagement, and performance data. In this contract, remote role, the Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources, apply statistical and analytical techniques, and develop data models to support business decisions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports
- Interpreting trends and patterns
- Presenting findings to stakeholders in clear, concise formats
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to refine analytics requirements
- Supporting customer-centric initiatives
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant standards

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret business and customer data using SQL
- Perform data quality checks, validation, reconciliation, and issue identification
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
- Generate customer and business insights from large datasets
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
- Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies and communicate findings
- Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Collaborate with data, commercial, and business teams to improve data accuracy and usability
- Document data analysis, reporting processes, and quality findings

Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst
- Excellent SQL skills
- Experience with Data Quality / Data Validation
- Strong understanding of Customer Insights & Analytics
- Hands-on experience with Tableau
- Experience in reporting and dashboard development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain experience is required
