I’m recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst to join a global Customer Success Data Science team on an initial 10-month contract.
This role is about much more than producing dashboards and reports. You’ll use data to identify business opportunities, influence decisions, and deliver measurable improvements across Customer Experience, Digital Experience, Service Delivery, and Supportability.
You’ll work across international markets, partnering with technical and business stakeholders while helping develop an increasingly AI-native approach to analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex datasets using SQL and Python/R to identify trends, problems, and opportunities.
- Build scalable dashboards, reporting, and data foundations that enable teams to make better decisions.
- Conduct deep-dive and root-cause analysis into customer, digital, and operational performance.
- Translate analysis into clear recommendations that influence business decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation, analysing results, and quantifying customer and business impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams on data pipelines, ETL, data quality, and metric definitions.
- Use Generative AI and automation to improve insight generation, reporting, and analytical workflows.
- Manage multiple projects across international markets and adapt to changing priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
