About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Castle View Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A results-driven mindset and a genuine passion for recruitment are key attributes for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability for various roles
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Managing the candidate pipeline, providing feedback, and negotiating offers
- Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records within our applicant tracking system
- Preparing reports on recruitment metrics
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes
- Building a strong network of industry contacts
- Staying updated on market trends
