About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting qualified applicants to clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that align with their goals. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment or a similar client-facing role is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. A track record of building relationships and managing multiple priorities effectively will be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant at Oakleaf Partnership, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of client requirements and organizational culture to identify suitable candidates.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Managing the candidate pipeline and maintaining regular communication to ensure a positive experience.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and facilitating feedback between clients and candidates.
  • Negotiating offers and assisting in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
