Do you love turning data into meaningful insights? Are you naturally curious, analytical, and passionate about helping businesses make better decisions?

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team at Goodwood. Supporting a diverse range of departments across the Estate, you'll help uncover trends, understand customer behaviour, and provide valuable insights that influence business decisions.

No two days are the same at Goodwood, and you'll have the opportunity to work with data from our world-famous events, hospitality venues, leisure businesses, and customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Data Analyst, you'll support the delivery of reporting and insights across the business, helping teams better understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting and insight requirements
  • Analysing data from a variety of sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Producing customer insights to support marketing, sales, and commercial decision-making
  • Building, analysing, and reporting on survey results
  • Presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging way, supporting stakeholders to act on insights and drive meaningful outcomes
  • Supporting the Data & Insights team with ad hoc analysis, report building and data projects
  • Helping to maintain and continuously improve the accuracy and integrity of key customer data systems

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has a keen eye for detail, and is excited by the opportunity to turn data into actionable insights.

You'll have:

  • Prior experience using Power BI and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • A proactive and curious approach, with a genuine interest in understanding customers and business performance
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, engaging recommendations that support decision-making and drive positive outcomes
