Salary: £30k - £35k plus 10% bonus

Job Purpose

The role will focus on the importing, exporting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within Lantern group’s CRM(s) and database(s). You will be responsible for all data, customer communications, and the outsourcing of accurate data to third parties. You will identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes. We’ll look to you to identify areas for improvement, and you’ll use your results to report back to the core business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, and quality of all data, delivering outputs that meet business requirements and specifications.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise SQL queries, scripts, reports, and analytical solutions to support business objectives and evaluate project and campaign performance.
  • Act as the SME for CRM platforms, managing system configuration, data imports/exports, portfolio onboarding, communication templates, and user support.
  • Translate business requirements into effective system solutions, reporting specifications, and documented processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers, providing expert guidance and promoting best practice.
  • Identify operational challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement, supporting departmental and organisational change initiatives.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and documentation while delivering excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.
  • Take ownership of tasks through to completion, effectively managing workload, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a high-performing team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and company requirements while representing the organisation professionally at all times.
  • Support wider business functions and undertake ad hoc duties as required to meet business needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
