Role Overview
Bellrock Group’s Canary Lab is shaping the future of data-driven Facilities Management by turning building, asset and environmental data into actionable insights.
As an Analytics & Insights Analyst, you’ll analyse energy, BMS, asset performance, indoor environmental quality and FM data to identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities.
Your insights will support smarter decisions, helping clients reduce costs and carbon, improve comfort and compliance, and extend asset life across major UK property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, timely and commercially relevant insights that help clients and operational teams make better decisions. Working closely with analysts, FM teams and technology platforms, you’ll validate and interpret data, turning it into clear recommendations and practical actions.
- Analyse energy, BMS, IEQ, asset and FM operational data across multiple client portfolios.
- Produce high-quality dashboards, reports, commentary and prioritised recommendations.
- Support the development of Power BI reporting, insight summaries and performance narratives.
- Identify trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities relating to energy use, asset performance, comfort and operational efficiency.
- Translate complex findings into clear, action-focused insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Use platforms including Concerto, Power BI, Demand Logic, Tapp+, Clearworld, Pulse and Carrot, alongside IoT sensors and Bellrock’s remote Triage Bureau.
- Work with FM teams, supply chain partners and the Bellrock Bureau to turn insights into operational action.
- Escalate data quality issues and risks with clear evidence and recommendations.
- Help improve analytics processes, dashboards, rules and automation.
- Maintain strong data integrity, documentation and analytical governance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
