The Role
Join a busy operational team during a significant period of system and process transformation. Focus heavily on manual data validation and reconciliation. Support the transition to new systems, ensuring data is transferred correctly. Identify discrepancies and help maintain high levels of data quality throughout operational processes. Investigate incomplete, inconsistent, or unmatched data and perform root cause analysis. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve data-related queries.

What You'll Need
- Previous experience working with high volumes of data in a data, operational, or administrative environment.
- Strong experience in data matching, validation, and reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with undertaking detailed and repetitive data-focused tasks.
- Experience working across multiple systems and data sources.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
