Job Description
We're looking for a Data Analyst/Econometrician to join a growing Data & Insight team. You'll work with an established insight function, helping to create meaningful analysis, improve forecasting capability and turn complex data into clear recommendations that support decision making across the business and its clients.
What you'll be doing
As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing forecasting and econometric models that are key to the organisation's insight offering. You'll analyse large and varied datasets, identify trends and drivers, and help build a stronger understanding of future market performance.

You'll be expected to interpret findings, spot opportunities for improvement and communicate complex insights in a way that non-technical audiences can easily understand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
